Tower Status stuck at 99

I got every achievement, chef tasks, P ranks (toppins, secrets, treasures), even clothes, but my tower status is still stuck at 99. Is there anything I'm missing or is it just a bug ?

You need to get every secret, all toppings, every secret treasure and all S ranks (minimum) for 100%. If you have everything on the same save file then it seems to be a bug.
Maybe you need to replay the final boss and whole ending sequence and only then will it update to 100%? I'm not sure.
Also maybe you need to S (or P) rank the Crumbling Tower of Pizza??

Killing Pizzaface to get another judgement did not fix it, it still said i had a tower status of 99, even though the computer in the lobby says i have everything.

Update : I P ranked the Crumbling Tower of Pizza and it changed it to 101. I thought this level didn't count in the Tower Status.

I think when you pass it after dealing with Pizzahead it doesnt count, but when playing it alone, it does.
