A common thing to point to with random crashing is faulty RAM. RAM can become faulty without warning and at random, and it comes with similarly random crashing. Despite that it seems to have "patterns". Has your PC been crashing in any other games or applications? What error is displayed at the Blue Screen?
If it's not that, try to use something like the task manager to monitor your hardware, and see if anything spikes before the crash.
Ok dumb joke aside, that ♥♥♥♥ is bad if it crashes so bad the computer needs to restart, I would recommend to report this issue to the devs at the official discord server, they post the link of the server at their official twitter account, you can report it there if you want too.
The way no bluescreen is displays indicates a seriously bad crash, windows was completely unable to even display an error code. The culprit could then be the RAM, harddisk, or a software issue. Please try to run these and see if any issues pop up:
-Open CMD and type in SFC /scannow (be sure to reboot after it completes)
-memtest86 (you'll need to boot this from a USB stick)
-crystaldiskinfo

If I find a better solution to reinstall windows I'll try to comment on my solution
It makes sense when you think about it, the card fails, a blue screen is prompted, but there is no graphic card to render it, so the computer seems to crash and reboot without it.
That sounds bad too, I know the 600 series had those crashes with DX12. So it would not surprise me if this was a nvidia ♥♥♥♥ up
