Let me ask you this: do you sincerely believe that most people would actually bother to dump their Switch games (also firmware and keys) to play them legally on Steam Deck?
This would of course require the user to already own a Switch which means they would've spent more money on another portable hardware that has the same purpose.
Do you think the mainstream majority would likely own both Switch and Steam Deck, even aware that unofficial emulators exist and the will to use them legitimately?
Again, the Nintendo Switch is for people who wants an affordable and convenient option of playing games (especially exclusives) just like any other console but on the go while Steam Deck is more expensive but allows Steam users to conveniently play their PC games anywhere, and anything more than that is left to people who are patient and well computer-literature.
I'd say it's the opposite of that because the Steam Deck is better in almost every way
Is this hard to understand?
the question legit WAS:
Did someone even read the title or is that way to hard for some people to understand that?
Im not asking for a "steam deck" version, i was asking for switch and/or other console port ffs.
Anyways, if you specifically want to play the game on a Switch because you only have a Switch, it doesn't look good. The recent news post by the developers stated the following:
...which also shows it's not just me who's comparing the Steam Deck to the Switch, the developers also do. So don't act so abrasive, it is what it is
Sure, ideally all games would be available everywhere. I'd personally like to se an Android port since my phone has an OLED screen and I got a few attachable gamepads to go with it.
But it's weird that you're disqualifying the Steam Deck so furiously. What is it about a "console" that makes the Deck not worthy of it? You want a console port in general but the Deck doesn't count? I don't get it
Look at this and tell me this isn't the same experience as it would be on a Switch:

2d games always should use dpad
