Fake Peppino Hidden Message

So I was seeing the Fake Peppino fight on a video after beating the game when I noticed something in the background when phase two activated. On the speech bubble it said "Nothing Compares" prior to the second phase, when phase two activated the text now reads as "FRTXJPIHCBATTZRDIHJPS!".

Anyone got a clue as to how to decipher it or is it just a bunch of random letters and I am taking this too seriously?

its probably just random gibberish letters but it would be pretty neat if it was a secret message or something

I think you're overlooking it, it's probably gibberish from fake peppino's "ilusion" falling apart, if anything, maybe it's "Nothing Compares" with a certain letter swap cypher, but the number of characters don't match up at all
