Fast Food Saloon: Trouble getting Already Pressed achievement

I've already done P rank for this stage but when it comes to this challenge I can't tell whether it's broken or I'm missing a button somewhere. I know there's buttons in the 1st secret room but there's none in the other 2 and I'm running out of ideas, I haven't tried doing lap 2 yet since I don't know if the game counts the button after the pillar or the other one a couple rooms later as different buttons on lap 2. Nobody's made a video on all challenges being done yet so it's pretty confusing how to get this one.

For this achievement you don't need to use all the buttons, you just need to finish without using a button more then once. Make sure you aren't hitting a button twice when you go through it (like the room that first shows you the hot dog, if you sprint towards the button you'll hit it, hit the wall beside it and instantly hit it again)

I noticed that and have already done runs where I'm 100% sure I've only hit a button once but still haven't gotten the achievement. Also, the phrasing of the challenge in game is a bit misleading if it turns out you don't need to press all of the buttons at least once right? Anyway, I'll keep doing attempts and will update this post if I get it.

Seemed buggy for me, I got it even though I hit a button 3 times: it was one of the ones where you need the weenie. I sped past it on foot, back across it, and then finally back across it again after I got the weenie

I had a similar problem with this achievement, but I finally just obtained it. I kept avoiding certain buttons as to not accidentally press them twice, but I figured out the buttons that are seemingly-optional are actually required to be pressed for the achievement. From what I understand, the buttons in the one secret area are not required, you can skip on that whole section. Secondly, I'm pretty sure you need to press every button in the main level once. I was avoiding the third button in the level and the one right after john (the one that gets you to the janitor), when you need to hit both (but you don't have to do what those buttons unlock for you, you can just press them once then go).

You also need to be careful not to hit the button that's a screen after starting the escape (since that one was required to be hit earlier before the escape to get the key). Before that button/sauce wall there is a ladder you can climb down to avoid this. Afterwards you should just be able to finish the escape normally and get the achievement (hopefully)

Yeah, I figured that this achievement is probably bugged in some way bc I swear I replayed the stage multiple times the exact same way making sure to only hit the buttons once(including the secret room buttons) and still no achievement.

Ok, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who seemed to be suffering through this issue. See, I've done everything that you've described and did multiple attempts while being as careful as possible and still no achievement. It's been 2 days since trying as I've moved on to P ranks on other stages but I'm going to give it another try the next time I play.

There's been a patch since that might have helped with getting that achievement more easily, I suggest you try once more

Just got on and finished an attempt and got the achievement. Don't know why it worked this time but I'm just happy I got it lol
