Demo Content Removed From SAGE 2019 Build

Snick has been gone since SAGE, he was only made for the SAGE demo anyways

hl2 had so much ♥♥♥♥ removed and still ended up great

the scoutdigo mod has the sonic adventure taunt, an arena mode which reuses unused level themes like strongcold and extra playable characters (no snick though). there's also frenzy worlds which does have a playable snick but he doesn't use his sage 2019 moveset, instead he's basically just peppino but he runs and turns faster

I hope they make a new demo so people don't complain about snick like everyone did the last thousand years

The game is already very close to Sonic in terms of gameplay; I just assumed it has something to do with the rights to Sonic.
I mean Snick has some nice animation but his is just Sonic - would suck to release this game after all this work and have it taken down when SEGA's lawyers see some streamer going fast as Snick and sending a cease and desist to the Dev.
