Best Demo?

I've played Pizza Tower demo(s) in the past, and loved them. I'm not sure if I can afford to buy the game at full price at the moment, though, and I noticed that there's no demo available through Steam.
Which public demo is best? Which one should I show off to get people interested in the game.
Edit: my friend who **LOVES** Wario Land 4 (he even read a book dissecting the design of it) has big reservations about the art style and aesthetic of Pizza Tower. He's one of the people I would want a great demo to show to.

The SAGE 2019 demo was really fun and got lots of exclusive content absent from the full release.

SAGE demo has the Pizzascape, Ancient Cheese, and Bloodsauce Dungeon, so it is practically the entire first area (with some slight differences).

search up ''web archive pizza tower demos'' and download the eggplant build, it's the last peatron build before the full release and it has all the levels of the final versión (exept the bosses)
