Given you do not state what specifically is giving issue I'll just give advice for everything.
First 4 pips of HP just jump over him.
When he's doing the ground pound phase do not stay near him after he's damaged, the ground pounds are much harder to avoid.
When he starts jumping through the air after a ground pound use the Uppercut move by pressing the grab and up at the same time to more easily hit him.
For the last two pips of HP you need to dash into the Grey Block until its a sculpture, when he's admiring it you can hit him.
During the last phase make him dash towards the Block first so he'll dash away on the turn around, giving you plenty of time to sculpt.
Most phases you can mix in parries as well if you're confident or panicking.
For round 2 majorly use the same methods as above but be ready to parry or jump more due to the increased projectiles spawning, Parry can also let you stall while jumping in case too much is on the ground.
For the absolute final bit where he's running away, use grab+jump or uppercuts to cut him off.
