Proton isn't Linux, Proton is a Compatibility Layer. Proton is not a One-Shoe fit all solution for gaming. Linux gamers actually like playing their games on Linux. We live in a Digital Age of gaming where people use Engines to make games and you don't have to rely on a physical copies to distribute your games anymore. Asking for a Linux port is not that much to ask for.
I'm not reading your 🤓🤓🤓 essay. It runs flawlessly VIA proton.
Source : I've played it many times using proton.
Wow bro you have the attention span of a Goldfish. 🤣
Short List:
1) It's a Compatibly Layer
2) Controls don't always work correctly.
3) Asking for a Linux port in a Digital Age of gaming shouldn't be a problem.
4) If an Engine is used why not compile a Linux port. Especially if it cost you next to no money in most cases.
Same here, in this Digital Age of Gaming asking for a Linux port shouldn't be too much to ask.
also this game isn't massive. you play through the game and maybe try to sweat out S and P ranks in all the levels and eventually you'll drop it at around the 20 to 100 hr mark.
it doesn't need native support as long as it works using wine or proton.
