Sure the spread needle build is pretty easy, but a maxed homing build is also powerful (probably more so, but slightly harder early on) and a crash build is deadly.
Wait until you try singular blaster builds.....
all builds get OP when you get them maxed out with the right passives.
On top of this, its also not the biggest priority to balance skills that much this early in dev. I imagine the dev has many other things to straighten out before worrying about the game balance.
Not a dismissal of the op mind you, just pointing it out.
