How do I unlock the Hacker achievement

I went through the game again and, other than the code to unlock the server door, I can't find anything to do with secret door codes. So how does one unlock this achievement?

8008 goes with this game. 1234 is reference to Space Balls and I've noticed many movie references. As far as 0407 and 0216, no idea although there was a Easter egg in another game that had a dog controlling the game. I can't remember the game though.

One of the endings of the original Silent Hill had a dog controlling everything.
