CANT OPEN THE DOOR AT THE MARIAN HOTEL
How to open the door what i need to find the weapons at the marian HOTEL? .. how to get there? bug or ♥♥♥♥♥ stupidness from my site?

It took me a while to figure out as well. There is a side door that you need to use one of the RC car hack tools. Throw it under then drive around. There are two hacking points. I cant remember which one it is (I believe it was the one on your right if the car is facing towards the gate. Blow up the hack tool and the gate will open.

Getting up to the second floor for the capture is pretty obvious from there. Though it, embarassingly enough, took me a while.
