Weird Graphics Glitches (with videos)

Periodically I get weird graphical glitches that make it hard if not impossible to navigate. Usually its a black pixelated cloud that either blooms from the center of the FOV or bleeds in from the outside. Occasionally it is a tint instead of black. Videos are posted on youtube:

First one shows the black glitch. It disappears once I move far enough away from the room.

Second one shows weird color bleeding in from the edge of the field of view. Once I hop on the motorcycle, without really moving much at all, the glitch goes away.

I've really been looking forward to playing this game, and I've been waiting for the glitches to get worked out. Other than the occasional crash, the black Nothing glitch seems to be the biggest impediment so far to playing this game, as it can get you killed pretty quick if you're in a firefight, or if you walk off a ledge.

I'm playing on an i5-2500K, 16GB RAM, Nvidia GTX 970, latest drivers, Windows 10 anniversary edition.
