How to change graphic settings?
When i do it in game, it asks for restart. After restart, all settings are set on default.
Is there any config file that i can edit manually?

You can cfg edit, but it isn't ideal. (The game handles settings a bit strangely. Some settings override others.) Have you made sure the game exe has administrative permissions?

Sure... some settings are saved (subtitles on/off, resolution, antialliasling) but not all of them.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that i installed the game on my 2nd HDD (D:) not the C: one

Which settings are reverting to default?

Dont have it in english so am not sure i translate it 100% accurately:
System specification
And detailed setting - this opens settings like shadows, textures, samplings, effects etc. - nothing in this remains saved.

I think there's something wrong with the way the game handles the "System Spec" setting. The System Spec setting overrides the other graphics settings. If you set it to Medium all the other settings will be set to Medium. This behavior seems to go wrong sometimes. When you change one of the individual settings, it should change System Spec to Custom.

So what happens if you set System Spec to High? Do the other settings stay on High after quitting the game?

No, system spec determines all other settings.
And if i set system spec to low, and f.e. shadows detail on medium, system spec goes to custom.
After restarting the game specs are back to high.

Okay. Well, go to C:\Users\YourAccount\Saved Games\homefront2\game.cfg

You'll see the settings there. Some aren't quite clear. I think sys_spec_Light is actually shadow resolution or something like that.

0 is Low. 1 is Medium. 2 is High. 3 is Very High, I think. I haven't really looked into it. The numbers sometimes don't seem to make sense.

There definitely is something wrong with the settings menu in some scenarios, though.

I found a folder but there is no .cfg file... just 5 other folders (temp, profiles, savegame etc.).

I have the same problem, can't change textures from High to Low. After restarting the game they are still High. Also, can't find .cfg file, it's not in homefront2 folder or anywhere else. Any advice please?

If the game isn't creating that file, make sure Homefront's exe file has administrative permissions.
