Mod to change weapons?

Not talking about adding new or removing weapons legit just want a mod that makes the assault rifle actually look like a M4 or M16 bec idek what is going on with those iron sights its like they scaled up the weapons by abunch but forgot the attachments.

I would be sucked into fighting with Ai then look over and see a M4/M16 with idek a miniture iron sight carry handle and sucks me striaght back out.
