Xbox360 Controller Support???
Before I buy this game, I need to know if it has xbox360 controller support.
I play my PC games exclusivly on the Sofa, connected to the TV so playing on the controller is the most viable option for my case.

If this game does not have an Xbox360 controller support then it's a NO BUY for me.
=) So does anyone know? Has anyone tried? Thanks!

The original Homefront had "partial" controller support. To what extent "partial" means is beyond me. In any case, I personally can't say for sure if Revolution is going to have controller support, but I think it'd be safe to bet that it will.

Partial support means that you need a mouse to install the game, not to play.
And for Homefront Revolution the game will releases on console so you can be sure that there will be controller support. At least partial, and maybe even full support.

lol I thought it was released I guess I was wrong.
Do you know if the sequal (Revolution) leaves off from the first game or are they completely different storyline? I never played the first game.

Completely different game. Does not pick up where the first left off. Even Deep Silver said Homefront is dead to them.

Then why are they using "Homefront" as the name of their game? That's just dumb...

The first video of gameplay shows a control is used rather than a keyboard so the game should have controller support.

Homefront Revolution is a sequel to the events, not the characters of the first game.

Homefront: The Revolution is set in 2029, two years after the events of Homefront and four years into the invasion of the United States by the Greater Korean Republic (GKR). The GKR has lost the western states which also include Hawaii and Alaska to the Americans, following the Battle of San Francisco. However, the GKR has shifted their control to invade and capture many of the eastern states, with Philadelphia becoming their central base. The new Philadelphia is a heavily policed and oppressed environment, with civilians living in fear as the Korean People's Army patrol multiple districts in the city. In the city, a second rebellion is brewing and the resistance grows stronger, being led by Dana, the resistance leader, and youngest member of the resistance, Ethan "Birdy" Brady. The story will follow Ethan and the new resistance as they attempt to retake Philadelphia (Wikipedia, 2016)

Get yourself a STEAM CONTROLLER and play any game on the sofa and on T.V., warning very large learning curve, must set-up controller through Steam's BIG PICTURE mode
