Oh a piece of candy and Prison within a prison

Two questions, during the Prison within a prison job in the restricted zone where do you find the cells? I've searched all over the police station in that zone and even looked in the police stations in the other zones as well.
EDIT: I gave up on this job as I got the achievement for doing all jobs despite being unable to complete this one.


For the achievement oh a piece of candy! does anyone know exactly what needs to be done to count.
EDIT: I finally got it. I got mine in the Ashgate Yellow Zone. The guy I used is on the longest road running from South to North on the East side of the sector; about mid way up that street on the right side as you're looking North. Across the street from where he is standing there is an ally with a couch and a pile of bricks. I used the bricks and tossed them at the left hand corner of the building he is guarding. I waited for him to walk over and check it out then walk back, I waited about 5 seconds or so after he took his post again before throwing the next one. Took more than 30 so I don't think it counts every one, or maybe it took a while after I hit the 30 to pop. But I did get it using this method.

I have the same issue with the "Oh a piece of candy" acheivement, think it may be a bit bugged. So far it seems bricks are the main way to go about it and the fire crackers seem to alert them more.

You had any luck doing the inside job one? Where you sneak into a stronghold?

About the cells.

I don't remember the name of the jobs, if this is the one you have to free the people from the cells so they can help you with the upcoming mission(s) look for the control panel thing that shows up on the map. Throw a hack device at it. Then there will be several buttons that become active (I think the cells actually drop down or appear out of the walls), press the buttons by each cell all and one of them will be the right one.

I think "inside job" is bugged also. When you turn the wheel to capture a stronghold if there is anyone left alive inside it will automatically detect you. When clearing the stronghold undetected guys constantly respond making it next to impossible to do. I was able to get mine because of a random glitch. I died and respawned at a point I'd captured next to a stronghold and no friendly or enemy AI spawned in. I went into the stronghold and it was empty. I turned the wheel and no red radar popped up. Captured it and got the achievement. After the cut scene all the ai respawned as well. No clue on how to reproduce.

I just got the "oh a piece of candy!" achievement. I edited the first post with the details, hope it helps.

Prison within a prison, the shot needs to be taken of the chair in the cell you open as part of the main questline. When I got it job in the first place the mission wouldn't complete no matter how many shots I took of the chair. I aborted the mission, took it again from the message board, returned and it completed immediately on the first photo attempt
