Can't enter Holloway from Elmtree

I'm trying to exit the Elmtree Red Zone via the tunnel that leads to the Holloway Red Zone but I can't get the button to show up that would allow me to leave the place. I have gone through this tunnel before and it's the tunnel that I used to get into Elmtree in the first place. The tunnels that lead to the Subway and Earlston Yellow Zone work just fine.
And, the Fast Travel feature is unavailable for me. It's been like that since the beginning so I guess I haven't unlocked it yet so I can't use that either to get to Holloway.

Anybody has any ideas what could be the problem?

Hi, are u still have that issue. I was facing that today too, but i found a solution. I went back to the Underground subway, marked an entry on Holloway and press E........

Yup, I'm still having the problem. But what do you mean with "marked an entry on Holloway and press E"?

Use the fast travel funktion. got the same bug but i kew the answer. Go to a secret "home" and fast travel to the other blocks

Hello, i hope you're not still having this problem. I had the same problem but simply went to the subway. after you enter go down the stairs and take the nearest left, or until you see the sign above a door saying Holloway. Hope this helps
