Stuck at Ashgate Strike Points *Gamebug*
Load Save says, Ashgate Strike Points, find a way to gain access to the Tunnel. Tunnel in question I have access to and have been through multiple times.

Secondary thing is to gain hearts and minds :/ . Its stuck at 0%. Also Points to unlock the map are not popping up minus a few of them. Last one is greyed out, I don't know anything else I can do.

Ran around previous maps to see if I had to go to another zone or another safehouse. Was not the case. Just stuck, sadly can't control saves so can't go back unless I want to restart the entire game. I would if I wasn't so far in with every other zone fully unlocked.

For those of you that want to complete the game, to avoid these bugs. Only do mission critical things, meaning, if its not mission, don't do it. Now after you have completed every mission in the zone, you can do w/e in the zone to clear it. Bug occurs by you doing something they don't expect you to have done prior, then they place a quest flag for you go do it. Because you already did it, quest flag can't be cleared. You are now stuck. There is no mechanic in the programing to check if you have done it prior. Only if you did it after they placed the quest flag for it.

Game is not rewarding to those that like to explore. Therefore, just do the missions. You can get away with having fun and doing what you want in the first area. I dont' think its possible to get stuck there, but who knows really.

Quick Fix for Ashgate Bug: Go to %username%/Saved Games/ and delete the Homefront2 Folder (Archive it if you please).

Why? Well for some reason, if you had data from before the patch on the 20th, when the patch was applied something broke. It is not in the saves, but the profile it's self. I tested a new play with the same profile. But only after I wiped the Homefront2 folder and stared a new was Ashgate and a number of other issues post patch fixed.

So there you have it...to fix the issue right now, with out a patch, you need to wipe the games saved data. I know it is not ideal, but it works.

Got the 0% bug, started a new game and got it during second playthrough again. ♥♥♥♥ these developers and their piece of ♥♥♥♥ game.

As I stated, starting a new game will not cure it. You need to go into your users directory on C drive, then Saved Games, and delete the HomeFront2 folder. Something in it is causing the bug.

You MAY be able to delete everything BUT the save games...they do not apear to hold much data. So progress could be saved. But that is up to you to test.

I did request a refund, as I donnot want to find the solution myself and don't want to wait weeks until they deliver a fix. they have very many bugs to fix and I see no trust in the devs to deliver that very fast...

I have same bug. I think they sold the game fast and this is the result. But my money are without bugg, are all ok. Outrageous.

At this point I think its funny. I sent them info on how to recreate this bug and several others. They still don't have the solution. Very sad.

I am waiting since release day for a fix since i bumped into it on 1st day. Made a post and nothing happened.
Thats the strategy nowerdays. Advertise a game as the next big thing, release it even its not finished and tested, put the money in your pocket - customors screwed. bye bye.
never seen any devs answering any post on steam forums. any good dev does this

Hey guys!
I have the same problem now, even though I was able to play through the game once without any problems. The first time I played it on 'easy', this time I'm playing on 'normal'. A friend of mine is playing it on 'easy' and has no problems whatsoever so I was wondering maybe it has something to do with the difficulty?
Just curious, what difficulty are you playing on?

no. its only bugged when u jump in that policestation without opening it first with that mission hacking tool. I guess we shouldnt call it bug because its just a bad gamedesign. you shouldnt be able to jump inside, but u are.

Are you sure we're talking about the same bug here? Because I'm talking about Hearts and Minds being stuck at 0% in the Ashgate Yellow Zone (second YZ) and you are talking about the police station in Earlstone YZ (first YZ)?

Both the police station and that have the same result of the bug. There are several ways to make the hearts and minds get stuck. The most common is finding the tunnel prior to the mission telling you to find it.

On a side note, if you want to complete the game again, just do the mission only request. It cuts the fun out of it, but at least you complete it right? LOL
