Sam Launchers-stuck

and i'm stuck or rather the sam launcher is, i'm watching it go back and forwards in the same spot for the last 15 min obvioulsy the person cannot drive. i never had any problems up until the prison district now it's falling to pieces

P.s I've tried replaying it and the same thing happens it get's stuck in the same place can't remove the wreck thats in the way.

Sorry to hear, that you encountered that glitch. It is a known bug, and will be fixed in the next updates.
For now, you can try to load an older save game via the main menu of the game. Please select 'Story' and then hit 'Load'

I tried reloading an earlier save point and still no joy. I just started back over and am completing everything this time instead of zooming through the missions. And I will stop before I get close to this mission to see if this is patched.

Just be aware that once you reach the "point of no return" and accept the mission, you can't actually return to the open world. I imagine this might change when they release the DLC.

Yeah. Which is why I went ahead and just started back over. I am not a 100% completion fiend but I didn't do a lot of stuff the first time through.
