Opening area Green Tree Yellow Zone

Quick question. In the very first level as I make my way to the tunnel on the left side there is a door that you can interact with using the cell phone but when I try it just puts the phone away after trying and doesn't open the door.

The door says KPA ONLY on it is sort of a steel framed cage door

Is there any way to open this door?

Nope. And sorry for belated reply. I mean I haven't found one but then again it's dangerous to be walking around the area so I haven't really checked all over, just the areas we're directed to.
