Worth it?
After 2 years when it was released and all those patches and more, the game has still mixed reviews. How does the game feel now? Is it a good open world where you can run around with your sniper(i like snipers)?

thanks for the reply

It's pretty open world but some of the encounters you'll find in the open world can be pretty disappointing. Some strongholds don't seem to have enough enemies. However, playing without HUD is a pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ good experience. And I still love playing co-op (yes, without hud too). Def worth $15 or whatever they sell it for now.

the sniper sucks if that s what you re intrested in.If i had to explain how this game feels,i would say it is an alternation of cod missions and small open world areas where you can do stuff, some work like gta(yellow zones),some work like far cry(red zones).Don't get me wrong this game is very good in my opinion, the concept and the things you can do are cool. But it feels like a good game that could have been developed better.

Is it worth 8€?Yes,but i would buy far cry 3 instead since it's cheaper and imo better.

And obviously don't look at the multiplayer,it s a coop mode that kinda sucks plus no one really plays this game anymore.

Personally as a huge fan of the single player campaign (of Homefront 1) despite its flaws and its short length i was looking forward to this game omg i was let down you do the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing every time go to new zone overtake checkpoint hide from clueless ai rinse and repeat. The story hasnt even gripped me this time Homefront 1 was a cheesy b movie grade action game and it was good. This is more like the straight to basic cable movie with people you have never heard of playing generic characters. I was hoping to pick up the fight from when the last game ended.

Spolier alert you just win the battle of San Francisco linking up with what remains of the US Army in the Western USA and at the end of the game you hear the European Alliance is going to start bringing aid and weapons to help them win back the United States what sounded like Homefront 2 was going to be awesome. Then instead you get a bland open world which has the same tasks repeated at length and even after you "free" a zone there are still North Korean patrols in the area making freeing them completely redundant.

I just bought it on sale for like 2 hours. I have only a few hours into it and my mind is blown. I would have paid 10x this money. It is a truly unique and wonderful game. Insanely good graphics and one of a kind play style. Anyone disliking the game needs to be throat punched. I have yet to try online.

Yes!! Dont listen to the reviews! Although its a much better experiance if you play on a harder difficulty without the HUD and music, it makes the game a ton more immersive and adds a element of picking fights or sneaking past certain patrols. Great game!

Is the entire bundle worth it for single player, or just the expansion pass?
