Jeez, that sucks. I bought the base game and then the season pass. I tried to add all DLC to my cart but steam said it was redundant content, so I took out all the other stuff and got the season pass for $24.99. So did two of my friends. I looked pretty hard (google searched) and couldn't figure out what was in the freedom fighter bundle.

Expansion pass list the following content:

-Supply Line
-The Right Kind of School
-Marshal EE.UU y Agente del ATF en el modo Resistencia.
-Homefront®: The Revolution - The Voice Of Freedom
-Homefront®: The Revolution - Aftermath
-Homefront®: The Revolution - Beyond The Wall

While in the game store there are the following dlc:

-The Wing Skull Pack
-The Combat Stimulant Pack
-Homefront®: The Revolution - Expansion Pass
-Homefront®: The Revolution - The Liberty Pack
-Homefront®: The Revolution - The Revolutionary Spirit Pack
-Homefront®: The Revolution - The Guerrilla Care Package
-Homefront®: The Revolution - The Voice of Freedom
-Homefront®: The Revolution - Aftermath

In short, there are dlc that do not match the content description of the expansion pass.

So, the original question remains, Is Homefront: The Revolution - Freedom Fighter Bundle the whole game ? or do i need to buy aditional dlc like the wing skull pack to have the whole content?

Freedom Fighter Bundle is base game + Expansion pass. Emphasis on "Expansion". It gives you access to the singleplayer campaign expansions. The expansions are The Voice of Freedom, Aftermath, and Beyond the Wall. (Beyond the Wall hasn't been released yet.)

The Expansion Pass includes two bonus DLCs. The Right Kind of School and Supply Line. These are for the the Resistance Mode.

"Other" DLC such as The Guerrilla Care Package and The Revolutionary Spirit Pack are not included. You have to buy them separately, but to be honest, they're not really important. They're just extra skins for the motorbike in the campaign and stuff like that.
