Faulty Machinery - Find the Goliath Schematics - Bug

Hi,

I think this has been discussed before, but it was a while back and there seemed to be no follow-up.

I am stuck at the missionn Faulty Machinery, while trying to Find the Goliath Schematics.I am supposed to shoot at some ceiling tiles, but nothing seems to happen. I can't go on with the mssions.

Any work around this issue? I'd say it's a pretty bad bug, still not solved more than a year after the game launched.

Again, I may just be doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

OK. Restarting the game did the trick for me.

Ah I see I'm late and glad you got it working, I had the same issue a while back, sat there for like 15 minutes spraying at all the ceiling tiles haha. Would be nice to get a quick bugfix, so others don't have to deal with this.

Thank you. Same happened to me. It could have been worse. I have read that if you shoot the tiles before the quest is active the game breaks completely. Restarting the game was not so bad.

The issue is still present. Bumping for devs and people experienceing the bug!

I got stuck on this too. I restarted, etc., still stuck. The "X" in the ceiling kind of outside is where the schematic paper is supposed to fall down. I finally saw that the ceiling panel had come loose when i had shot it, but had not dropped to the floor. I shot it a few times and behold it fell down and so did the paper (schematics). On with the game.
