Stuck at Paschall Train Yard !

I have cleared out everything I can find in the map - radios strike points etc. When I press TAB Strike point, Secure the train station and Locate the old surveillance system, pops up. I can locate the monitor and computer stuff then follow the cables to the rooftop where the motorbike and charging station is - but it wont allow me to run the bike on the tank/rollers to charge the battery system. I have been stuck at this point for a LONG time and need some help or suggestions please :-)

Nobody knows why, but sometimes that strike point breaks. There's no way to fix it without starting a new game. You'll just have to move on without completing it. Almost none of the red zone strike points are mandatory.

Thanks for the input - but I cant seem to be able to move on, the tunnel to the next section of town wont allow me to open the gate and I havent been able to find anything else to head to !! Guess I will have to start over again - pity

There should be a primary objective on your phone. What is the primary objective currently? It's likely set to a strike point, but those are secondary objectives. So you have to set the primary objective as active to see what it wants you to do.

Thanks again for your help. I made up my mind and scrapped it (it got the better of me). Started a new game and have made it passed the train yard problem (on first try) so now just waiting to see what other problems it has for me :-) Thanks again.

Going to bump this thread as I'm having the same issue on PS4. Here's hoping this doesn't prevent the "This is our town Nork" trophy from popping.

The achievement carries across saves. So you just start a new game once you reach the end and capture a few strike points to clear it.

Just to update my comment, the "This is our town Nork" trophy did finally pop in the Old Town Red Zone so strikepoints do seem to be culmative. Thanks for the help, MTL5.

Happened to me aswel, thing is if you get into the building, but you leaving it without checking the camera system, next time there will be no chance to activate it. Its a shame that they failed to fix the problem after all these years.

EDIT: Actually, after i went to clear out the trainyard building for Ned, i checked back to the building and i saw sparks coming from the power supply (on the right side next to the computer system at the base of the desk) when i spammed E, then when i checked the motorbike at the barrel generator, i had the "press the W button" message on the motorike and the power was restored at the camera system!
