How do I use the map to fast travel between bases?

Is it possible to use the map to fast travel between bases whether that be transceivers, safe houses, strongholds, strikepoints, tunnels or other things?

If so how do I do this. Neither left of right clicking seems to work and enter does nothing.

EDIT: I see for some locations it says [E] and for others it says reach location to unlock fast travel. So it appears you can only travel to tunnels and safe houses? Is that correct? Also some of them do not seem to unlock. For example the entrance to the red zone tunnel and the Elm Tree Tunnel entrance that I went through to go from the red zone to the yellow zone.

Indeed. Seems like you can only fast travel between the major safe houses and tunnels. Small safe houses don't seem to have that option.
