Where to Acquire Storehouse?

In the title. I'm doing the "Dangerous Cargo" mission that requires 50,000 gunpowder, and my ship doesn't have the space to hold that all at once. I know that the Sea Dogs game had storehouses but I don't know how to acquire one for my shipping goods. Anybody know how I get one?

Port Royal, Willemstad and Capsterville, for example. Can't remember the Spanish one (probably Havana) because I never use it.

Go to the shipyard, but don't talk to the shipwright. Go through the side door and talk to the guy in the little room. Twice. The first time he will just say something like "This is a storehouse, I'm busy, Goodbye". The second time he will offer you to rent some space.
