Idk what happened but after a while the harbourmasters stated to state this instead of giving me quests. I traded non-stop + doing this cargo missions. How do i lack the experience? Please remove this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mechanic from the game or fix the bug.
Beide this, the investment feature is broken. I had 120k and wanted to invest 20k and the npc said that i don't have that much money.

I found something interesting. If i got a lvl 4 ship i still get to have Habourmaster quests. When i swap to my lvl 3 ship they start to get funny. Please remove the level requirement with respect to level of ship

Why are you trying to invest 20000? You probably only get 1-2% interest on it which is a paltry 200-400 pesos per month. I wouldn't try investing money before you can spare a million or so.

because i have never done so, the game doesn't tell you that much regarding this. But anyways it wouldn't let me. that seemed like a bug.
how about the requirements for the missions? what shall i do for being able to do missions with a rank 3 ship
Also how to avoid riots from other officers (they steal my ships)

I think there is a minimum sum for deposits which is probably 100000 pesos.

Officer loyalty largely depends on your reputation. Try to only have officers of one alignment and behave accordingly. Jolly Good Fellows, Honest Captains and Heros will be happy when do good and honest things and vice versa for Scoundrels, Villains, Bloody Killers.

As for the harbour master quests: Do you have the navigation skill (65+) to sail a rank 3 ship? If not that may be the reason they are nor giving you the quests for it.

I bet what is happening is you're using a ship that is too big for you, so it's penalizing all your stats. With the penalized stats the harbormasters think you're too unskilled to pull off any missions.

The officer ♥♥♥♥ is kinda annyoing, can you make something for them not to leave? is there a warning or something before happening?

When an officer wants to leave you can demand they stay, and if their loyalty is high enough they will stay for a fee. Generally if officers want to leave you should just let them and replace them, you'll usually find a better replacement anyway.

If the bartender says you're stingy, it means you missed a crew payment. It's really easy to accidentally miss the popup to pay your crew, so you should periodically check your crew debts in the fleet tab.

How do i tell them not to leave? like it's the middle of the sea (in the fast travel mode) and i get the pop-up to pay, i pay (100% i do, i have millions of gold) and a small text appear in the corner saying riot on ship x, it leaves the squadron (or whatever) and they are just gone. Tried to reload, buy rum, food, etc.

BTW thank you for that current debt thing, lol, i never knew. i thought that was only for the banking system

Oh if a companion has mutinied and left your fleet I don't believe there's anything you can do about it.

One other question regarding ships.

When i shall start see rate 2 and 1 ships? it's a threshold for my level or navigation skill? How does this work?

Around level 15-20~, every naval quest will start spawning Class 2, it's near impossible to miss, you'll notice it.

As for Class 1, I believe those only come from unique quest AND specific random events such as Colony raids/Gold Fleet/etc, they are not meant to be a common encounter.
