-Most governors quests except the document deliveries, include the gang of robbers in the jungle which is very easy and take little to no time.
-Harbour master; Cargo transport/Searching for missing ship
-Document delivery/Pesos donations for wandering monks(random encounters in the street)
-Helping shipwrecked(random isolated islands) aligned to a nation

under your ship skills on the top of the page to the right you will see flags unlock the Spanish flag also go to Willemstad and head to Dutch East India Trade Company grab yourself a trade license make sure to bring about 700 buds this way you get it for 120 days HINT you can go to any tavern and pass each day and fast travel back and forth to get DUBS from the ensurer/bank.The trade license will allow you to go to any port and trade freely. after you leave Willemstad once on world map go into ship tab and change flag to Spanish once you have done that travel to any Spanish port head to the harbor masters office and do line 1 asking him if he has a job for vessels he will give you options here what harbor/port you would like to trade to mostly all Spanish make sure to ALWAYS choose a Spanish port to deliver to . this will not only bank you a massive chunk of change however it will also boost your lvls and boost your fame to what ever country you trade to .You should see that you go up from neutral in about 10 trades to good standing with Spain.Keep doing this rinse repeat till your ally .Also another note if you are not neutral with span and you are hostile you can also use the dub trick in Saint Pierre to talk to the priest and have him lower you into the neutral by paying him 600 dubs per I thank its every 10k on the head .Good luck to you happy sailing

Stolen ship quest, stolen ship quest and more stolen ship quest. 😉 One quest let you turn from neutral to good. Visit every Spanish town for example on main and get 7 or 8 quests activ at the same time and than sail a bit around. The chance you find one is really high than. After my first cycle in the caribic i had 3 stolen ships in my convoy. It's well payed and your reputation gain is very good. And the best is, that you can do other tasks while you looking for the ships. Let the wind guide you, escort nobles, do trading, raid other ships or what ever. The stolen ship is sailing forever around the caribic until you find it and bring it back. I even think you can store the ships at the port office and get it back whenever you need a reputation gain. But I didn't tested that.

As above. Stolen ship quest are the best. I usually have multiple going from countries all the time. Have all countries at Admiration

i pity spain a lot they always get raided by English and France... and i always find out before it ends >:)
