well... i don,t understand why can do something to change the face of Mow... All of theme are recognized by their own nation .... and then became hostile ...
after all it.s a pirate game ...must change that... there is a shipyard in pirate island ... could be a very higher cost... but must be that option...
i know that i can more few of theme ... to play with others...but what,s the point to change every time the Mow to enter the port... it,s ridiculous
may be better take theme out of the game ...or can,t be sailed anymore.... of course you can sell theme at shipyard forgot about that option ...

Idk what you mean by "most likely only works for the one wearing the hat", but I'm sure it works for all the ships in your squadron if you're the one wearing a hat that's specially designed for Vice-Admiral Charles de Maure.
However, it comes with the Admiral's uniform so you might have to make a new save if too much time has passed since then (which it did for me... or you can just modify the Debuger.c file in the interface folder to give yourself the Admiral's hat).

Oh, it is unfortunately not a treasure item so it's unavailable in sandbox.

To add on, I don't think hats can be bought as of now, but you can find them in treasures, that's for sure. Only some of them though.

Yes. It's based on RNG and it rolls when a new day begins, I think. Either that or it spawns on certain days.

I think it's a bug in 1.3.5,I checked in 1.4 beta,it's normal, baron and dutch will appear in cabin.I don't know 1.3.7,maybe is normal too.
