After finding 15 manga rosa that indian wants a ship with a story. Is it quest ship? I am not giving him a fully uppgraded Flying heart.

Were is his spanish wife?

Were to find an Italian attire that suits him?

Can you buy more adder stones somewere?

You can give him any ship you acquired from a story quest, I would recommend giving up the Dutch Gambit ship.
His Spanish wife can be found on some of the colonies in a side room of the Governor's Mansion, it will always be the third one you ask, I'd recommend checking Havana-Santiago-Santo Domingo.
You need a Milano Cuirass, which the earliest one you can get is from winning the Regatta.
You can't buy adder stones but indians tend to drop them fairly often so they can be farmed from the endless hordes of Indians at the Bay of Peril.

You should skip this step because its not worth it, you will lose the best armor and the opportunity of reset stats. Just do the first 3 quests are good enough, they give 40 hp and 40 energy total

Eclatant works too. Other national warships don't.

Milano Cuirass from Justice Island is definitely the better option if the player doesn't wanna participate in the regatta yet.

the Pink was too easy to obtain he say's he doesn't want it T_T

so its either the Mirage or the Flying Heart, i barely use this two ships well i use the Mirage to run away from the Flying Heart, and ones i have the French battleship the Flying Heart is useless since it cant Equip the best 36 cannon, too expensive to keep as a storage/supply/loot ship, im usually on normal so i use all T3 ship since they can be use in smuggling, T2 ship for final questing missions Battleship with 4 Heavy Galleon that has 6k load for town raiids

Wait i also need those addes stone each time i want to enter?

You just need the 113 the first time, and then another 113 for one of the minor tasks.

Since you're in sandbox mode, there is no Price of Discretion so you'll have to wait 'til you're Lvl 9.

with 1.3.5 he does accept Principo as well.

yes he did after i did 2 side mission :)
