Help with FTJR Pirate trade for dummies

Hello everyone.I am trying to complete the quest.Been to Isla Tesoro, trader gave me the coordinates.Stayed at the coordinates nothing appereared...
Keep loading save, searched every time around the S SW of Tesoro and still nothing happens .
Even loaded the mission start from LA Vega and the same result..
Any ideas??
P.S I have tried and the coordinates from Walkthrough for Sea Dogs: To Each His Own
