Isla Mona

I cannot find any information online about how to get the colonists for the upgrades of Isla Mona. The tools i got already, but I need Colonists. Just have no clue yet where and how.

try the checking on Turks, dominica and that one island close to jamaica on the shore of one thoses 3 you maaaay find some colonists

Take the tools to Rodgar. Then land on Turks. It might be any of the uninhabited islands where the prospective colonists are stranded, but for me it was Turks and I've only ever read about people finding them on Turks.

For you people that found colonists, could you write down exact time of day and date/year you found them? I am going back and forth through these 3 islands. Also included Isla Vieques and Kael Rhoa into the search but still nothing.

Go to taverns and talk to inn keeper, in one of the dialogues, I cant remembers if its rumors or if it has to be a specific innkeeper but for me it was the first one he will mention exiles at an island.

Thank you very much! This was actually the first thing I thought about when I started this quest, and after I brought tools to Rodgar. Visited few times taverns across archipelago but never did I get this quest update. I think it doesn't matter which innkeeper you visit, it's random encounter and under rumors, 1000 pesos dialog option. I did it by save/load principle on Guadeloupe Island Basse-Terre tavern. Then I went on Turks Island and met "Spanish" colonist with spaniards name written in Russian Azbuka (cyrillic alphabet).

I built all 3 at the same time.

you can build all three but they are all placed on different parts of the island and is a bit of a pain running back and forth

Once all the buildings are finished,including a church,and you finish the special quest,you will be able to fast-travel between the factory\dock\church\bedroom
