The Burden Of Gascon

Ive finished getting my reward from the lighthouse after stopping the puebla, now my only quest is The Burden Of Gascon and it says to speak to fadey, but he has nothing to say

You're done for now, that was to speak to Fadey to get the quest that you just did. Your brother told you to return to him in three months, in the meantime go do other things. You should be high enough level now that the Final Lesson questline is active, so go to the french colonies to pick up those jobs.

You should be lvl 4 or real close to it, if not just do a couple of quests or capture some pirates and you'll be there in no time, you can then start the final lesson quest line, if you go to high sea and hit TAB and scroll over the map you'll see that you have multiple exclamations points over a number of cities, my advice start with Resin Dogs in Saint-Pierre then the first part of Price of Discretion in Basse-Terre then Prison break in Capsterville then you need to raise your charisma and luck to 26 and do Just like Home in Tortuga(where you'll get a nice boarder) then you can do Grandee Albalate at Port au Prince and finish with the second part of price of discretion, then you can go to Saint-Pierre again to get the Final Lesson

I had the same issue my dude, i just continued the game and at level 14 went back to fadey, and he had something to say then.

I've made it to level 21 and I haven't gotten anything from him to finish the quest, did I miss something?

Mates, calm down. The quest will progress after you deal with the problem between Poincy and Michel. For now focus on completing the story quests.

Talk to the banker?
I can not find any banker.
I tried the white building across from the jail but nobody is ever there.
These guides say go talk to some banker but nowhere to be found.
I talked to the tavern bar keeper.
Hired guys.
Asked guy about nav.
Jail to talk.
Go talk to banker now but where?

This game is buggy asf, I feel like I am playing a game made in 2009. This gme has a lot of jank but the store page said it just came out one year ago. WTF

Gregoire shows you if you take his tour at the start, otherwise just use the go-to menu and you can quick travel to it.

Maybe my game is bugged, there is no Banker in my starting story game. I did follow the tutorial as well and he never showed me this bank. Weird... This is why I can not find the banker. It simply does not exist for some reason.

Would you like me to take a screen shot or share my save file? I can't be this dumb, I hope not.

There's no Usurer in the go-to menu? It should show as a sack of coins or something. Take a screenshot of that.
