Help rum smuggler

I need help! Right at the beginning of the story where you have to smuggle rum to the pirate village, I can't get any further; the quest book doesn't update. So, I arrived at the bay and the people went on the dinghy.

Now the quest book doesn't update, and I can't get back on the ship either.
