Wicker armour from Fadey

Sooooo..... I had forgotten to pick it up from him after delivering 3rd sword. For RP reasons, I wanted Tichu to wear it. ANy way I can get it now? I don't have a save around that date and I'm not willing to scrao 4 months of guardian of truth progress. So, can I somehow spawn it in this game? Does this game even have a console? If so, how do I use it? I feel completely justified using it as I've done my part, just forgotten about the reward.

You might be able to get it through the cheat menu mod, no idea though.
