Can't find guys to buy treasure maps from

Seems they don't spawn in taverns in this version? or is my game bugged?

Same here! I´m level 15 meanwhile and never met a map dealer up to now.

In 38 hours I haven't seen a single one. I'd say that's a little bit beyond "uncommon"

At what point in the story did you start seeing them? I've had bugged version in TEHO that won't spawn certain things and it seems like others are having the same issue here as I am.

Damn, a hard guess would be approximately at the same time officers started spawning and the possibility to recruit a crew, which is right after your brother ask you to come back in 3 months.
Since then, the spawn rate has been fairly reasonable.

Thanks for the info, that's when they normally start spawning in TEHO, definitely seems like a bug to me.
