No beggar in caribbean in a nutshell quest.

I'm actually playing the caribbean in a nutshell quest at the part were I'm supposed to find a beggar in Portobello to advance in the quest part for the commandant of the french frigate.
But no beggar spawns after I had talked to the drunkyard in the tavern. Not eaven after three days. Fix this!

beggars spawn in the afternoon, so look for one after 12am

I have looked for the beggar for 3 days and this includes the noon, afternoon and the evening. And there wasn't one.

Then, I would strongly consider reloading a save *Before entering the city of portobello or even contacting the french ship, there might a trigger bug.

The beggar showed up in the morning on my playtrough.
They used to to only show up in the afternoon in SD:TEHO but I assume the beggar is forced to show up at any given time during the day to help the player proceed trough.

Thanks that tipp worked for me. I loaded a save game shortly I got this task from the french captaine. This time the beggar showed up right after I had my cheat with the drunkyard.

Go near Portobello on the map but not into the harbour than enter the local sea map and with useing enter you can choose the french ship for fast travel.

update on my issue finding the ship; it is at the bay to the left of portabello
