i did read the text :) i did find him at the port office but only after i switched to russian, english version was bugged

what you need: clothes, cotton, leather, (resources bought at the store) shipsilk, your french uniform, the order of saint luis (remember: unequip those two while talking with the tailor) tailoring tools

I have all the items needed, but the door to the tailor remains locked. How much of the diffrent goods are needed? And yes I have the tailoring tools ;) Do I have to carry items on me and in ships hold or where do I place it so the goods tailor can use them?

I personally finished the quest without ordering the new uniform.Giving up the medal and not be able to pair it with other armours was to much
