When i saw the portraits on the store site i thought like "Is it possible to unlock the two female characters for sanbox mode?" well Helen is nice but why not the other lady? :O :D

You can probably just mod the model to be the other female as I am sure people will figure stuff out pretty quickly once everything is released.

She has more content now - mostly in the new quests.

so how come i cant select her when i start sandbox mode, i have the full release version ? NVM im refunding the store page is clearly set up as a click bait

Well she was playable. They removed playable female characters not so long ago to fix their animations.
