Is sea dogs in unreal engine 5 still in the developers' plans?

Two years ago the legendary edition was announced, now it has become Caribean Legends, my question is if the project of bringing Sea Dogs to a new era of graphics (among other new features) with Unreal Engine 5 still will be something?

It is planned if money is found for it.
But, there is another unfinished project on the old engine that they want to finish.

if this was released on Unreal Engine 5, they would prob make millions and game of the year for sure as sea dog is a known game and popular even with old engine and graphics

I actually doubt it. Sea Dogs isn't well known outside of its dedicated community. I think it would require more than an engine change to do really well. It would require a massive marketing push and I don't think these guys can afford that kind of push without some outside help and even that might compromise the game and what we all love about it.
