Achievement "All Decked Out" not triggering?

Just what it says above. It feels to me as if I've gotten all I need to unlock the achievement All Decked Out, but no matter what I try, it doesn't seem to unlock. From what I gathered in the 100% guide, I need pretty much the entire right half of the items tab in the menu filled out, and I have indeed obtained every single item, but it just won't trigger. Even went the extra mile and unlocked the items on the left half of the tab too (right now I'm missing three of them, but that's because the two golden hands get used up once you actually turn them in at the end of the Misty Maze, and I already used the Pillow item to see the corresponding event too, though that happened after I filled out the right half of the tab). Anything I'm missing, perhaps an extra item or anything that somehow eluded me? Or does the achievement just genuinely not trigger right now?

Honestly, it's been months since I got this, so I don't remember if you also have to trigger the ending or not to get it. Just to make sure, though, 1) every row in the right-side inventory has all 3 items in them (including the last row)? 2) Are you playing in Story mode?

Yes to both! I started the game without any of the modifiers, didn't activate any of them later on in Tevi's room either, and I have every row filled out with the three items that go in there. I also checked the achievements again just in case because I wasn't quite certain about the order of events anymore, but I saw the ending two days ago (didn't use the bell, if that makes any difference), and then about an hour or so later, I picked up the last item I was missing in the right half of the item tab, which was the golden hands item you get at the bottom of the Misty Maze. I wouldn't rule out the game being a bit buggy though, since I kind of noticed that after beating the final boss, other aspects of the game that worked perfectly beforehand started having some issues all of a sudden as well (like the music of each area not loading properly anymore until you go to certain locations of the area, for example). This seems to be the only case of an achievement just flat out refusing to trigger, though.

Well, based on the existence of the other thread, it sounds very likely that a recent update may have broken the achievement. I'd recommend submitting a report in the bug thread at this point, as I can't think of anything else you could be missing.
