All Decked Out achievement not triggering
I collected all the items in the right Inventory slot on several playthroughs now, and not once did the achievement trigger for me. (Yes, I did get the secret golden item, and yes I know the menu scrolls down. I really have everything.)

This achievement either has to be bugged, or there's a secret factor to it that no guide knows about. Either way it's really annoying and I would appreciate any information about this.

Just to help anyone finding this thread, this achievement is currently bugged! If you wanna get around this, you can use steam betas to downpatch to v1.10 temporarily. (There were no extra items added as of 1.20, so this is a "legit" way to get around the bug - thanks devs for leaving the betas available!).

(Gear on the game's library page -> Properties -> Betas -> Beta Participation Dropdown).

Boot up the game, load your 100% save, and it should instantly trigger when you load in or change rooms. Then just close the game and disable the beta same way you enabled it.

Only thing I'd advise is that you *really* wanna back up your saves before doing this, as it can *absolutely* corrupt something. Saves are pretty safe to copy out and back in once you're done, so if you've done anything like this before, should be pretty straightforward!

Did you get all potions? including the added ones of the colloseum?
after collecting everything, did you beat the game again?

The achievement explicitly says that potions, sigils and bag expanders aren't needed for this.

I did not get all potions/sigils/moneys, but the achievement specifically said those are not necessary. I will probably try it, but I am pretty sure that will not help.

As for when i beat the game, I tried both. I did a BBG run with no modifiers active, in case the game forgot to mention the achievement is for "medium difficulty or higher" or something. I picked up all the items axcept the secret golden one and then saved. Then I tried picking them up both before the final boss and after, and neither triggered the achievement.

I'm in the same situation, I got all the items in the game and the achievement just doesn't appear
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.
