How can you unlock Wall Climb (or when)

Just wondering as it's a big problem as I can't get almost anywhere now that I'm probably in the "mid" stage of the game (Chapter 5) or late idk.

In Rabi Ribi there is a hidden tech that lets you do 1 wall jump from the start of the game. It's called reverse wall jump, because to do so you have to face away from the wall, jump, then turn around and wall jump off the wall. There's also wall kick which can be done after a RWJ by quick dropping into another wall. These two hidden techs are not present in Tevi's story mode but are in free roam.

Please note that at least in free roam mode the reverse wall jump mechanic from RR is present from the beginning so you can use that technique to get to a few more places than you might think. Please note that you can get up to two wall kicks and the gap has to be at least two "blocks" wide. The unlockable ability is late-game, after you have explored the mountain region for a while.
