(demo) Changing difficulty ingame?
Hello, It's draining to play on normal for me, and I can't seem to find a way to change the settings.

The demo doesn't let you change the difficulty. You'll have to completely restart to set it higher.

Does the full game let you change when you have started?

Does the full game let you change when you have started?
Once you get to Tevi's house, which happens very early, you can change difficulty as much as you want at her bed. You can even pick inbetween difficulties (like hard > hard+ > expert).
