How Do I Deep Sea Fish?

I've completed the story, and I have a quest to deep sea fish, am I missing some sort of area?

I have gotten some deep sea fish on the second island out from the saltwater mines. The first island is accessible by a rope plank bridge. Hope this helps you.

As Spirit mentioned if you walk along the rope bridge above the saltwater mines, then double jump over the gap where the broken bridge is, then down the stairs and face south with your rod the fish south and west of that point are normally the deep sea.

If you are doing the fishing job quests think next one or shortly after is called something like deep sea seafood, that one is the island south/southwest slightly from the lighthouse behind a rock you need the last spell to blow up, fishing west off the jetty will net you the normal and rare options for that one.
