Bug with Pyria's face

Hi, I wanted to know if there were any solutions to fix a bug with Pyria's face. She doesn't have the right face at all every time I see her, but there's a weird clipping when I move away from her. I've already checked my local files and reinstalled the game but she stays like that unfortunately :(

I haven't encountered this issue. I recommend submitting a support request with the developers: https://support.faefarm.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Keep in mind that they might not respond until after the holidays.
