Just got to the spring festival...it was...underwhelming
Just a shop in the mayors office... am I missing something coming from stardew and other games I expected much more of an event. Are they all like this?

Yeah, pretty much. There's a quest that starts a few days before but that's all. Except for the Winter festival, where the town gets decorated.

The whole game is depressing , seriously the most over hyped game in my opinion. i regret buying on launch day. ive had to restart 3 times due to save loss and 3rd time i just gave up.
