Is it worth?
Game worth? I see conflicting reviews on it. I absolutely love the art style, and love games like the "My Time at Portia/Sandrock" games, Stardew Valley, Coral Island, Graveyard Keeper, etc. Should I pick this up?

I'm really enjoying it, I've got 52 hours in it already! I've completed the main story, but I wanted to do that so I just get on with the farming, flower breeding, upgrading my homes and decorating aspects of the game. There are some bugs here and there, but unfortunately I think every game is like that these days. I've had nothing game breaking happen.

I'm also currently playing my time at sandrock, and I think I like them both equally, but for different reasons. Fae Farm, is more aimed at the farming aspect and not building, which I'm enjoying.

I hope that helps, I've never been that good at reviewing things! :D:

The game is promising, but I wouldn't buy it yet. Full of bugs and crashes all over the place. Played 29 hours, my girlfriend 62. We just lost an entire world's save and haven't heard anything from devs. It's a common issue apparently.

Short answer NO , this game is not worth price , its repetitive , linear and lifeless and just everything in the game is a mindless and endless grind. this was my most anticipated game for this year and i was left disappointed. if its ever on sale for 50% off or more go for it but not full price. Dont let my playtime fool you ive lost 3 saves and i have now given up on the game.

The traversal is the only really fun thing. The sound design is also fun (love the noises for foraging) with the exception of the character "voices" and the watering can (worst noise in the world, especially if you are sensitive).

The story is forgettable and a short 30-40 hours. The people are lifeless and boring and there's no reason to have relationships. The game is a collection game in my opinion. You "collect" everything for your almanac. Time doesn't pause when decorating so that gets old fast. I gave up around the 100 hour mark as I was sick of trying to get the job achievement for 20 different colored animals and the impossible task of getting every flower type. If you like boring repetition, then yeah.. Go ahead. Also plan on watching a lot of Youtube videos to figure out everything the game won't tell you. Did I get my money's worth? Yeah, dollar to play time I guess. Lost all excitement for any DLC, of which two are planned for next year. I am glad I didn't pay the $60 or $70 price and only got the basic.

Nope.

This game is full of bugs, crashes, baffling decisions, and not a ton of support post-launch.
Even today there was a 336MB patch and we have no idea what it did. A patch that size has to have done something impactful so do the devs just not care??

I feel like the bones of a really good game are here. But this a a full release not early access. So, with no idea what the devs plan to do and when, and the game needing a lot of love at this point, I simply cannot recommend it to anyone.

If they follow through and get it where it needs to be then sure. But so far, there aren't really any signs of that.

Play Stardew, Rune Factory, Coral Island - there are lots of other choices that are FAR superior to this, at this point in time.

Yeah, have played Stardew, and am currently playing My Time at Portia and Coral Island, Palia a bit too. Great games. Fae Farm is absolutely gorgeous and looks really good, if they put some flesh on the bone, i'll definitely pick it up. It is taking about everything for me not to pick it up. I know it's not in a great spot and overpriced, so i'm holding off, though. Super frustrating, though, because i've been waiting for this one.
