How do I unlock job quests ?

I'm at spring 28th and I keep reading those tips in the loading screens saying to do job quests and such but I have no idea how to unlock them ?

Any help is appreciated :)

Mayor Merritt should start that chain of quests, try chatting with her and see if a side quest appears where she mentions being able to do more challenging quests for the villagers, then points you to Nessa! After that they should unlock for all.

Some of the board quests become available after you get to the end of Chapter 3, I haven't checked the job ones like the baker but I know the 'shipping' ones on the board at the south of the town triggered then.

Yeah I got some unlocked after going to the deepest parts of the first mines dungeon. It's probably all story unlocked. Thanks.
